The current Eagle War-Risk Index — overall band and 1–5 level, the driving chokepoint, and per-chokepoint bands for Hormuz, Bab el-Mandeb, Suez, Panama, Malacca, and the Bosphorus.
get_chokepoint_status
Live operational status for major maritime chokepoints — signal counts (24h/7d), high alerts, the latest high-severity headline, and the last-updated time. Optionally filter to a single chokepoint.
get_hormuz_status
The live Strait of Hormuz situation — status band, crisis-day count, signal and high-alert counts, the latest high-severity headline, and an operational guidance note.
Set it up
Claude (Desktop or Team/Enterprise connectors)
Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector (or yourclaude_desktop_config.jsonMCP section), then add a remote MCP server pointing at https://eagleintelmari.com/api/mcp. Restart the client and the three Eagle tools appear.
ChatGPT (custom connectors / developer mode)
Add a custom MCP connector and paste https://eagleintelmari.com/api/mcp as the server URL. No authentication is required.
Any MCP client / agent framework
Point your MCP client at the endpoint over Streamable HTTP and send a standard initialize → tools/list → tools/call handshake. A GET on the endpoint returns a human-readable discovery document.
