Eagle does not file, receive, or process SID, SRB, or certificate applications. MARINA does.
Use the official appointment system, then keep the dates on your own device. A fixer who offers to skip the queue is not this page.
- SID — Seafarer's Identity Document. Biometric ID. MARINA issues it. Eagle does not.
- SRB / SIRB — Seafarer's Record Book. The record of sea service. Same rule: MARINA issues it, not Eagle.
- STCW, medical, GMDSS, and the rest. A date in the tracker is not a clearance to join.
Requirements and fees change. Confirm them on the MARINA system before you pay anyone.
