MISMO as the online channel for COC/COP issuance and revalidation
- What changed
- All applications for issuance and revalidation of Certificates of Competency (COC), Certificates of Proficiency (COP) and the MARINA ID run through the MARINA Integrated Seafarer Management Online (MISMO) system. COCs are valid five years; revalidation requires a valid medical certificate from a DOH-accredited facility, proof of sea service, and applicable refresher courses.
