Extension of the Validity of Philippine-Issued STCW Certificates of Seafarers Onboard Ships Affected by the Escalating Middle East Crisis

- Relief measure for Filipino seafarers who remain onboard ships caught in the escalating Middle East / Strait of Hormuz disruption and cannot disembark to revalidate expiring certificates on schedule.
